who i am
In the creative world, job titles rarely tell the whole story. So here's mine: I'm equally at home art directing a shoot and building a spreadsheet to track the budget. That combination, creative skill paired with genuine operational rigor, is what makes me a rare hire.
I thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments where no two shoot days look the same. I love the craft: photography, video production, art direction — just as much as the systems behind it: workflows, scheduling, managing priorities, and delivery. At YETI, I'd bring both.
I don't just manage existing workflows, I build them from scratch and keep improving them.
calm under pressure
systems thinker
Shifting timelines and complex scheduling are where I'm most useful, not most stressed.
I keep stakeholders aligned, from clients to crew, at every stage of production.
clear communicator
detail oriented
I love a well-built, well-maintained system. Shot lists, schedules, briefs — all of it.
always ahead
I anticipate needs before they become problems. Planning and proactivity are instincts, not habits.

Built and ran a high-volume production studio from the ground up — scaling to 4 full-time and 2–4 part-time staff, executing up to 8 recipe videos per day, 4 days per week. Owned all pre-production end-to-end: art direction, shot list development, scheduling, client-facing documents, staff and talent coordination, product sourcing and sample management.
Managed client relationships from brief through delivery for premium lifestyle brands and leading food creators — including Vitamix, Staub, Zwilling, Love & Lemons, Cookie + Kate, and Feasting at Home. Built prop inventory systems, client presentation templates, and new-hire training workflows from scratch. Contributed to project scoping and pricing to keep client expectations aligned with studio capacity.

zwilling new product launch
01
the brief
Zwilling came with a clear goal: six polished videos for a new product release: five recipe videos featuring the product in use, plus one full product overview. All to be used across social platforms and retail websites - on a budget and with a quick turnaround.
pre-production
02
I built the full shoot schedule, managed staffing, and led all art direction, scripting, and shot list development. I created client-facing approval documents and distributed detailed production briefs to every crew member - covering culinary, camera, lighting, talent, and direction.
03
day of
I managed the set alongside the director, tracking the shot list and schedule in real time and coordinating on-the-fly logistics as they came up. Every piece kept its momentum even when faced with a hurdle.
the pivot

Midway through post-production, Zwilling requested an expedited delivery timeline. We adapted cleanly, no dropped balls, no compromised quality, and delivered ahead of the revised deadline. The client was thrilled with both the work and the ease of the process.
build the systems, lead the day, solve the problems, and deliver the work.

this is what i do:
i'd love to do that at yeti.
this isn't a mass apply.
why yeti?

YETI products are built around the idea that time outdoors matters - and that great gear makes it better. I believe the same thing about great content: it should be as thoughtfully crafted as the product it's showing off. That alignment in values is what drew me here specifically.
What excites me about this role is the scope: leading end-to-end studio photography workflows, partnering cross-functionally, building real systems inside a brand that takes quality seriously. That's exactly the kind of work I've been doing — and the kind I want to keep doing, at a bigger scale, with a brand I genuinely admire.
I'm also eager to explore how AI tools can improve studio efficiency and expand capacity — something I've been actively experimenting with in my own workflows. That curiosity and openness is something I'd bring on day one.

This could be a Yeti shoot...
