THE UPPER CRUST

In January of 2024, my mom & aunt sold their small business of over 18 years. The Upper Crust Pie Bakery became a stable of Kansas City, starting in 2005 at the local Farmer's Market. Over the years I've worked almost every job the bakery has had to offer - except for actually baking... oops!

A few months ago I began the process of assembling a cookbook to keep within our family for years to come. With my experience in food photography, I couldn't let the opportunity pass to capture the bakery before the transition to new owners. The cookbook is currently a work in progress, but here is a sneak peak for your eyes only!
